Design a very convenient app that provides information,notifies update,give routes option and ticket system (would benefit user the most). Number of vehicles on road and amount of carbon emission will reduce if everyone cooperate to change their behaviour by fully/partially rely on public transport.

Public is set to be the aim but teenagers/students are the primary focus for them to normalise fully rely on public transport since their at the age where driving isn't legal and public transport is their only option.

Interviews were conducted for me to acknowledge all problems that they're facing in regards of the efficiency of public transport. The people weren't randomly choose but with different backgrounds and lifestyle. I've mapped out the problem and solutions that are relevant for us as the users would contribute to reduce carbon emissions.
